Dr. Laurel, Lan-chih Ho is Assistant Director General of the Department of Foreign Exchange in the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan). She has been assigned for overseeing the foreign reserve management since January 2012. She is also monitoring the performance of external asset managers. Before assigned with this position, she was doing research on asset allocation strategies, fixed-income investment strategies, currency overlay strategies etc.
She joined the CBC at February 2004. Prior to that, she was Assistant Professor of the Department of Finance at Yuan Ze University, Taiwan. She has a number of research papers published in academic journals, such as Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting (2011), Review of Financial Economics (2009), Journal of Asset Management (2008), Financial Management (2007), Review of Pacific Basin Financial Markets and Policies (2005).
Dr. Ho holds PhD in Finance from University of Birmingham, U.K., 1999, and holds FRM in year 2003.

Alexandre looks after the definition, positioning and go-to-market strategy of Murex product solutions with a focus on Risk Management and Regulatory Transformation. His most recent work centers on the implementation of the bilateral Initial Margin and Basel III capital reforms, and on XVA desks operating models. Alexandre also co-heads the Murex task force on the Interest Rates Benchmark Reform.
Since joining Murex in 2000, Alexandre has held both senior client-facing and product management positions, last serving as global head of the Risk Control practice and general manager for Murex Ireland, where he drove the development of the MX.III XVA management solution and Credit Risk simulation engine.

He is currently the key driver for all IRRBB initiatives and is the key member in supporting the Hong Kong Association of Bank's ("HKAB") for its response to BCBS and HKMA consultations, covering areas in market risk, IRRBB, counterparty credit risk and liquidity risk.

Kok Wah LOK (駱國華)is the Head of Market Risk Client Services, APAC (Asia Pacific) and based in Murex Singapore. He is responsible for Market Risk related client advisories and project deliveries across APAC for Murex business solutions such as VaR, FRTB and Initial Margin Models.
Since joining Murex in 2004, he has led and advised numerous successful Murex risk implementations in the APAC region, shaping the trading risk infrastructure and risk practices of our clients. In additional, he collaborates closely with the product development team to drive the evolution of the MX.III Market Risk Engine to address our clients’ market risk needs.

In her role, she designs the Calypso margin solutions to meet the various regulatory margin and clearing requirements. Currently, Sophie works very cl osely with clients implementing ISDA SIMM, to ensure that their IOSO/BCBS compliance for Sept 2018, 2019 or 2020 will be successful. Ms Marnhier-Foy is also in charge of the margin services cloud initiative, which is offering native cloud micro-services. The first service is offering ISDA SIMM margin calculation and management.
